Shipping Policy

We take 7-14 days to deliver your order based on the customer location. Each piece is carefully inspected and packaged to ensure it reaches you in pristine condition.

Return & Exchange Policy

We usually do not accept returns on our products. However, if there is a sizing issue, we are happy to exchange the product for the correct size.

If the product you received is defective, please email us at connect@namnamah.com with images attached and your order details. We will review the issue and arrange a return if the reason is genuine.

Once the defective product reaches us, we will refund the amount in 2-3 days to the same payment method you used to place the order.
